Do you agree that Trumpty's team could legally collude with Russian intelligence as he just said to the NYT?

Collude isn't well defined. So let's stipulate that the collusion we're talking about includes conspiring with Russian intelligence to:

- accept illegal campaign contributions in the form of released emails obtained by hacking, and

- providing targeted US voter social media information to facilitate Russian intelligence bots working on behalf of the Trumpty campaign.

Would these things be legal iyo?
