I attended school. But it had little, if anything, to do with my moral underpinnings.

In fact, a pretty strong correlative argument can be made that turning kids over to schools to be "raised" has had a terrible effect on our communities. An argument stronger, I would say, than yours.

The idea that "It takes a Village" is total bullshit. Villages don't care about your children like you do. That's just reality.

"Baby Mommas" can love their kids as much as wealthy mothers. But some kids, for whatever reason, are raised by the "village." These are kids who die on the streets of Chicago, St. Louis, New Orleans, Little Rock, and Memphis and in the Pork'N'Beans of Miami.
