Bill Fisher chalks up one more big winner for his holders, and hopefully moves on to the next There is a possibility that far-left elements in the congreso hold up progress on the new mining law by insisting on some of sweepingly radical proposals they've already made ... but they won't get those made into law, no way, all they can do is delay ... and in any case, gqc's mining ticket for Romero stands to be issued under the current law ... with provisos for adjustment when the new one comes, no doubt - they won't get a standstill agreement ... but they will get a mining ticket, in a country that is not perfect by any means, as so few are [lol], but is fundamentally more reasonable than a lot of the places we put our money to work
