If someone infuses a small quantity of stem cells, from any source other than you or your identical twin, your immune system will destroy and eliminate these cells, typically without you experiencing any symptoms of illness.

This is little different from infusing reconstituted IgG Immunoglobulin from a blood bank, which is a treatment for a number of things. But after enough infusions of IgG your body will develop a pronounced physical reaction to the antibodies from other people's blood - even with the use of immune suppressant drugs like prednisolone.

If you're suggesting the stem cells from another person can survive and replicate in your body without having first wiped out your immune system with radiation - then no, that has never happened.

Researchers are doing very interesting things with stem cells harvested from your own body though. That's science fact.
