Let me update that last post...After re-reading Pengr's post, it is not cautiously optimistic. His response to the question asked was not positive at all...he expects that day rates have already flattened, and doesn't expect them to rise in the near future, except in OK. In fact, by linking with the price of oil... this doesn't sound too good from the engr.... He hasn't said what's in his portfolio at present, but stated in the past that should this correction occur, he would be 100% cash... Remember, he's just another opinion into the great "stew". We have analysts and "experts" predicting everything from rosy scenerios to a world pie famine... He is, however, connected to the industry..which puts him into a different catagory of analyst. Also, he doesn't seem to be promoting his own positions through his postings...After all, to the "big money" and powers that be... our little problems really don't amount to a hill of beans...
