have traditionally stayed away from large chunks of red meat, not so much for health reasons, but have always preferred to partake in history-matters food culture by way of food sourced, prepared, presented, served properly, and taken in good atmosphere, with immediate / extended family, or just one or the other kid, or with good friends. i also like to eat with essentially strangers, just to learn.

you remember our meal shared with your now ex-wife lucia(?) so many years ago at mijas? believe we did do japanese wagyu beef strips served spanish style?

any ways, below another good meal ... can recommend it

i do keep to a protocol that allows me to eat whatever i wish and have perfect blood works - simply a good idea per dialogue w/ folks that i deem of merit
