Your invective missed the point:

We men usually start listening to their bodies at 40. (women always do it, thus they live longer than us.

As people get to their 60s one topic of discussion is health issues.

Perhaps by sheer luck, had to pedal 24 Km back and forth to go to high school and my early work had required some physical activities when I was young. Analog technology required heavily packed measuring equipment.

I discovered that my body was made to move. The more I move and the more I punish him with physical work, the better I felt. I embraced exercising at 39 and as per rule started listening to my body at that time.

My brain is kept sharp as I constant study and learn new things and do my best to teach people what I had learn as not so many had the opportunity to have acquired this trove of knowledge I have.
