Knowledge of criminal hacking (compter theft) and covering for the hackers is accessory (aiding and abetting a crime) after the fact.

Knowledge before the hacking occurred would be accessory (aiding and abetting a crime) before the fact. Especially if the crime was solicited.

Soliciting foreign donations of anything of value (including stolen emails) is a crime.

Doesn't matter if the criminals were the FSB, Assange's Wikileaks, or whoever.
