I have had a lot of problems recently. I believe you are correct...SI has been 'bonked.'

Definitely yes. I tried repeatedly via AOL and kept receiving error messages. This time I got thru to SI via Netscape instead of AOL/Msft Internet Explorer..Perhaps an anti-MSFT plot afoot <g>??

Craig, thanks for posting the First Call report from Kinnard. I had also heard that Q4 numbers would be ugly..someone told me they thought the actual shipments for Q4 would be in the $1.3-1.8 million range but that gross sales would be offset by further reserves ( product returns/write-offs??? )which might account for the low number of $1 million. Since this is 4th hand info, it might be true or it could be a rumor. I do know that Kinnard did get guidance from Ancor on Q4 in terms of the govt contract delay resulting in lower Q4 sales vs Kinnard's previous $2.2 million estimate.

I am also hearing thru the Industry grapevine that it is probable that Brocade will be announcing some kind of deal with Storage Technology ( STK ). Not sure if this is an OEM or licensing arrangement or "other". Other Brocade tidbits: 1) they were scheduled to present at Morgan Stanley technology conference last week in Phoenix and 2) their arbitrated loop is very close to being available. Does anyone have any "G-2" from last week's conference? Roy?
