FTJ, Regardless of whether Michael is named in the suit or not, it is clear the he is the target of this action. It is a shame that someone feels a need to do this since their arguments were unable to stand up to the scrutiny of Mike's search for the truth. TC

Joe, As far as I know, and I'm not the lawyer, but I think the lawyer is sending Principal a letter stating our intent about suing Principal for the abuse our investment is taking from his constant slamming and shaking of shares. I would assume, since Principal has been non-responsive to date, that this would finally illicit a response from them. It is our hope that Principal curbs the tanking attempt of RMIL, w/o litigation. Everen's policy does not permit its' brokers to post on SI in this manner, so, if Principal can finally respond and act responsibly, I would hope that the suit would't be nessecary. The ball will be in their court, we are very serious about it! Pugs
