Well it is true that they dump the software and give it away for free, but where they make the big money is in the volume.

I gather you're implying that there isn't any revenue from license renewels?? I thought it was the opposite- that you renew the license when it expires and you are already into the customers purchasing & information tech admin dept which would give you "incumbent" status, a valuabe thing to possess. Am I wrong on these assumptions??
