Still no resolution of ongoing litigation involving Sinovel. If AMSC gets at least some compensation from courts in China, the shares will rise, and China itself will be sending a message that it aims to honor international laws governing intellectual property. Looking at what AMSC has done during the last two or three years, I don't have much confidence in the ability of management to act in the best interests of its shareholders, or in fact, in their ability to do business at all.
