The campaign bargained with Russian intelligence to get stolen emails. Accessory after the fact. Solicitation of illegal foreign donations of value. Bribery - exchanging political aid for promises of policy changes (doesn't matter that he failed to deliver).

Juliette is right, though they did *much more* than not report it—they *traded* on what they knew. They offered sanctions relief in a series of negotiations between April 2016 and September 2016 as a way of rewarding (and encouraging more of) the illegal behavior they knew about.

Based on @nytimes reporting, it's clear that Trump's team was aware of Russian attacks on the DNC and Hillary Clinton and chose not to report it to the FBI.
