FYI - I believe this is for Explorer 3.x only (which is what 'stt' is using). Explorer 4.x seems to use the system-wide My Computer... View... FolderOptions... FileTypes. Explorer 4.x doesn't seem to have any way, in its menus or properties, to associate programs with filetypes.
