Management doesn't fill reservoirs, unless you consider God as management; rain and snow do. Last year was the wettest ever, so the reservoirs are in good shape, but, so far, ths year (7/17-6/18) is one of the driest, and was our hottest summer "ever", so the hills are tinder dry.
