Al-len, Yes you can control individuals out here on SI relative to the tone of their comments and actions. For one, you can strongly assert that Pugs is over-reacting and conducting himself in a manner that you do not approve of. No.. he doesn't have to listen, but let's face it, unless he is a complete sociopath, he will listen to reasoned and balanced request to prevent his carrying this battle into avenues that have little interest or time for petty bickering over people's inherent right to express their opinions, whether they be right or wrong. I think that you realize Mike Kugler has presented himself in an accurate light. If anyone has lied about their rationale for posting out here, eventually it will be discovered or revealed. Pugs attempting a class action suit against Mike's brokerage firm, to me, is frivolous and an attempt to deprive Mr. Kugler of his 1st amendment right to express his opinion. If prevented from posting out here, he will also have a strong case against his employer and quite possibly Pugs for creating the circumstance whereby he is deprived of his rights of free speech. Personally, I hope that Mike either finds a brokerage that will permit him to continue his mentoring of other internet investors, or decides to go independent. And btw, any action against Riley is not from someone posting here on SI. It is from Dempsey Mork who does not post here. Regards, Ron
