ICE is also the acronym for the Internal Combustion Engine, an engine that is being banned in most European countries over the course of the next few decades. China now produces more EVs (electric vehicles) than Europe and the US combined. We don't have leaders anymore. We have ideologues, demagogues, and liars. They want us to debate science, not learn it in school. They want to bankrupt us with debt from tax cuts and wars and then blame runaway spending for the debt they create. They must lie and they must lie about everything. Trump is a symptom of their need to lie. They're so easily manipulated by Putin and propaganda that they betrayed their country and voted for the man Putin wanted. They voted for a weak and pathetic man who paints his face orange and says, "she had blood coming out of her whatever." They are the anti-man, the limp-wristed girly boys they say they detest. If we can get them to stop looking at other men's junk in public bathrooms it'd be a big win.
