The fact that the VLT venture is in South America is really being discounted by investors. If this project was on U.S. soil the current stock price would be much higher since machines are always on time for work and present no people problems. Just install the machine and collect the money. Managing or part ownership of a gaming facilty in V-Land would would obviously require more attention in a country which is non-english speaking and has different customs than ours. All the best. P.S. Really anxious to find out if those bolivars are being deposited in the VLT'S.
