Another advantage of 2018 Nissan Leaf Model SL is that the car comes with level 1 and 2 charging cable that can plug into existing NEMA 1450 outlet . These outlets are available in most houses,, apartment buildings,,garages ,,namely dryer or electric range outlets or welder outlets. This would save on the wall charging station that Nissan Leaf and all Tesla’s require now ,, plus cost of installation ....usually costing $1500 all in. All Nissan Leafs with CHAdeMO DC Fast Charging port are able to down load power from the car to the home thru wizz bang inverter to power the home in power outage or peak load high price time .. very nice option.
