Text book learning is only a small part of a college education....living on campus and participating in the full range of campus activities constitutes a college education. My high school principal in his final words of advice to those of us going off to college said.."don't let your studies interfere with your education". I observed through years of hiring and supervising graduate engineers that they ....."can't talk, can't eat, and can't write" ,meaning that they use poor grammar, have poor table manners,and can't compose a simple memo or paper.... That's what online vocational teaching would produce....hardly college grads...
