DJ: I think that this will become a very ugly affair, making the current status look like a party, if the short squeeze is sucessful.
A lot of money will change hands, and the people who did sell, are gonna want some of it.
That I think is inevitable. al

Oh absolutely, I couldn't agree more. The flip side of the argument is it made alot of folks more convinced of a short position(I know I was more convinced) and made them hold on(for a while at least). Same can be said of MK's comments. Did people sell because of his comments, I imagine it is likely. The point is, that was Michael's intent, to get people to look at things a little differently and decide for themselves if they still want to be in. To imply folks sold based on nay comments alone, and it wasn't a decision on their part, sells those folks a little short. What, were they hypnotized? You get my point. In the end, if this shoots up, some will blame the nays for making them sell, I would have no respect for them though. That's just a childish attitude where people demand there is someone to blame for their mistakes.

Bottom line, if you ask me if I think MK should be posting as he does being a broker, the answer is no. Do I think because he's a broker people sold, I believe the answer is no. Is he liable for a civil suit because of his being a broker, some think so, I just don't see it.

< to get people to sell, and unfortunately coupled with MK's commentaries, people sold that maybe still would have been shareholders.>

The great thing for people who may have sold is that, in light of this new information, they have the ability, if they choose, to buy considerably more shares than they sold.

Of course, they may not be as smart as others here.(wink)
