FTJoe,

Do you really think Michael's comments have any more weight or he has found anything out that another Nay couldn't? Yes I believe in some cases professional courtesy was given Kugler since he's a broker Do you think the MM's would talk to you about RMIL's filing documents?

A broker that is employed by a company also represents that company after hours too. If that broker chooses to practice unethical activities related to his field after hours then the company could be liable in my opinion. It could also be considered a conflict of interest and that is most likely why reputable brokerage firms don't allow brokers to post on stock message boards.

Do you feel that it's ethical for a broker to BASH stocks on the internet?
