Michael--

Am intrigued by the idea of a "blue screen of death", but wonder whether, or in what sense, this is the problem. The story was released on Friday morning, but I didn't start having problems with SI till Friday night. Yesterday they got worse, and today I see they're using the 207.183.153.88 server (and there are still problems). I thought, though, they'd simply taken a lot of capacity down in order to make changes to the system over the weekend when the markets are closed.

And I'm not having difficulties with other sites, except for a few screwups with Yahoo late Friday.

Whatever it is, I hope it stops soon...

Janice
