Jim, Here is an analysis of VectorVest by Allen Benn from the Wind River thread. I am not invested in Wind River but I read his posts for their rigorous analytical depth. He is a treasure. In my opinion VectorVest is like an archaeologist that digs up bones, re-structures the skeleton, and then hypothesises about the life of the individual that once existed. James, VectorVest is pretty worthless in my opinion. I have checked on companies I know well and their numbers are laughable because as you say, it does not take into account anything that is going on with a company now.
