You're very welcome... just remember, unloading the weight is not a quick sprint but a marathon, it will take time but you will also begin to realize and enjoy the changes since you'll have more energy to do things, you'll move around more...

Let me take you on a brief journey here into the molecular world regarding foods...

When we lose weight, where does that weight go???

The weight is turned into two different things, e.g., carbon dioxide and water...

A molecule of fat is made of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen - C55-H104-O6 to be precise, I think that's it...

That would transform into 55 molecules of CO2 and 52 molecules of H2O... that's carbon dioxide and water...

Using the Periodic Table and the assigned atomic weights, we have 84% CO2 and 16% H2O, and that's where the lost fat goes, e.g., our fat turns into 84% carbon dioxide and 16% water...

We exhale the CO2 and the plants take it in to produce pure oxygen with the help of sunlight... we take in that oxygen and then exhale CO2 and then the plants again take that in to produce more oxygen again... this cycle continues, and this is relationship humans have with all plant life... humans depend on plant life to breath and visa versa, the relationship is symbiotic, we're made of the same basic stuff and this is why our bodies are so amenable to plants as food, that's fruits and vegetables, and why it keep us fit and healthy... not because grandma says so, but because that's what all of us are made of...

I find this to be a profound insight and highly motivating for me...
