At times he has been more bullish, in my opinion. He used the phase "Gift Horse Buying Opportunity" during those times.

I've been listening since late 1992/early 1993. He has been correct on every one during the last five years.

He has a proprietary model. He has been using the model in its present form since the early 1990s, I believe.
