Arcane,

posting the rest would be of interest also:

1.Posting messages that include personal attacks, slurs or profanity, or that otherwise are intended to harass any other member of the community.

2.Posting material, non-public information about companies, without the authorization to do so.

3.Including third-party copyrighted information in posted messages. If such information is available on the Web, please post a link to such
information rather than copying it into messages.

4.Providing false information on your registration form, or
impersonating someone else.

Arcane, "You rely on information posted by other users solely at your own risk. ... "

I am well aware of that warning provided to us by S.I. and am pleased to have been reminded of it via your post.

The proposed suit is based upon the presumption that an individual does not have the right to post on the net if he/she is a stockbroker.
The suit's contention is that no stockbrokers in America may post on the net during working hours and that they are not private citizen's even on Sundays. I personally hope that more individuals with post to the net. I prefer an increase in information, not a decrease. The courts eventually will decide.

While it seeks to enforce a restriction on freedom of speach, which I have stated previously I personally am against as I do not believe restrictions are in the best interest of our country as a whole, the ACLU should represent Kugler, this case will set precedent, and it will bring additional notoriety to RMIL.

For every action there is reaction, and that shall prove to be interesting too.

This board is interesting...
