John -- I would venture to say that what Bob Rose says and what the Tisch folks do are not related at all. Bob Rose was head of Diamond M (the former name of DO) long before I went to NY and got the Tisch boys interested in offshore drilling. I am sure Bob has stock and incentive options, etc. His interests are likely closer to yours and mine (if I were a shareholder) than are the Tisch's. I don't know what would make you think Lowes (Tisch's) would have any interst in you (the shareholder). They are interested in maximizing their investment in DO. Bon Rose is interested in increasing shareholder value and running/growing a business. Two different forces at work there.
