From a search I did on FAMH, I discovered that the site The Next SUPERStock has a page currently under construction on FAMH. If you follow the link below and go to the quotes page Famh is listed. I'm not sure whether or not this particular promotion was mentioned before and I know nothing of this particular site or their accompanying radio program. www2.thenextsuperstock.com If anyone else knows of this site please let me know. Hello! Brad, I've been away for a few days , I have just reviewed quite a lengthy number of postings on the FAMH Thread! I'm guessing that because I have read all the posts in a timely sequence that it may have provided me with a little different outlook , then I would have normally had ( Following it post by post! Virtually as they are contributed and submitted!). First! ( This may seem to be a little "OFF TOPIC!", but I believe it may present a point of interest!).------I have been following some dreadful and treacherous winter weather conditions in various parts of Canada and the United States!!!------So!!! I naturally expected to see the trading share price value of the "Energy Stocks!" that I own to have a profitable upward movement! ( Especially the oil and gas sector!)---WRONG!!! Gas and Oil prices have been falling dramatically, and my oil and gas stocks are getting "Pounded!!". Well! My dilema is this!!! Who should I blame for my obvious bad investment! The presidents of the companies in the oil and gas sector ( in which I own shares!)--who have gone on record and indicated that once a major cold, snowy and ice storm front moves through significant parts of North America, that investors in that market segment, would possibly see some upside potential in their oil and gas stock investments????? So! Because, the miserable winter has finally arrived, but my oil and gas shares have actually weakened and gone down in share price, is it appropriate that I point my finger at these Company Leaders, and indicate to them that they led me astray, buy inferring that cold , fierce winter conditions, could possibly bring, an upside to my oil and gas investment?????? Highly Unlikely!--I work hard for my financial resources! And I work very diligently at trying to make the best investment decisions, so as a minimum I can hold on to the financial resources that I have, or if I'm fortunate enough , make a profit!! Should I blame the South Korean Government that my oil and gas stocks went down in share price over the past few days???? Should I blame the unfortunate families that have had all the plumbing in their homes destroyed, by major freezing conditions, because they lost the ability to heat their homes when all sources of heating and enrgy power was cut off to their homes? I read today that in one small portion in Canada that the expected Insurance Claims will easily reach $500 Million!!---In damage claims!!!! So you can all guess what has happened to the Insurance Stocks that trade on the various Canadian Exchanges!! Major Share value losses!! The answer in my opinion is ???? It's no one's fault!!! That's just the way it is!!! And I have to deal with it and move forward!!!! Some one had inferred on a previous posting that someone had said that a representative from FAMH had said that a certain price would possibly be attained in a given period of time! ( What I picked up from that , was by someone inferring that it would be ??? Let's use $1.50 as an example! That everyone would run out and buy the stock, and drive the price upward!) Well to clarify! I have no idea if any one said anything about a specific stock price ! However my bet is that if someone had heard from someone else , that heard from someone else that FAMH was going to be .02 cents! in three days! Would we all go running out and sell all of FAMH Shares at what ever we could get for them??? Highly Unlikely! ( Because hopefully there is no one naieve enough on this thread, to make such a spontaneous and untimely decision!!) As a start point, ( Just my own opinion!)--it takes a reasonably bright and intelligent individual to even be able to join/sign-up with S.I. to be able to participate and contribute on the various threads!!!! Brad! I noticed that on a previous posting on this FAMH, it appeared that you were posting what appeared to me an almost apologetic posting!---WRONG! WRONG! WRONG! In my estimation, you are one posting contributor that provides significant food for thought, via your Due Diligence efforts, your stated opinions! ( And when they are just that! Personal opinions! You clearly indicate that up front!-----providing the appropriate qualifier!!!!). The only area that I would suspect that you could be more aware of is how unselfish you have been with your obvious astute business "head set!", and sharing your experinces with this and other threads! Quite simply put! If any one doesn't appreciate the obvious hours, days, weeks, and months, of serious and dedicated effort you have spent in following up and researching FAMH and other companies, and then in turn sharing it with various threads!!! -----And in turn all you get is some " rude rebutle!"----then I would say to that ????? Rise Above It! As you have done! And Yes! I also agree that the courtesy that you have demonstrated to all thread participants, is also a reinforcing sign of your obvious "Business Talents and Inteligence" This was just to let you know ! That I for one have the upmost respect for your investment views, and the ways and means that you assimilate the data and information, and share it in a presentable, clear and concise format on this and other threads! Well Done! Many Caring People Respect your Unselfish Efforts! And for the rest of them? Who Cares????? Best Regards, Wayne J,
