David,

I realized after I began the last post that I did not have enough information. The press release seemed to say that a private company was bought out by a public one......and the directors of the private company took over, changed the name.......and the stock is at $5.00.

I would think that the 4 cent share price (12 month low) must reflect the public company before the assets of the private company were added......leading me to believe that the private company basically bought a shell.....that enabled them to go public without going through the process......The evidence here would be the booting of all of the prior management.

What was eye-poping to me was the 12 month high/low.

I guess ya just put all of the new guys in a pile and see if any crawl out.

ps. Looked at a BB stock symbol JAVA.........stock was selling for pennies......I thought just the shell with the symbol JAVA would be worth more than the stock was selling for.....I got over it...It was a stretch.
