Bob:

The Fuji deal is not a fixed dollar contract. This is a partnering agreement which has huge implications. The Company can not attach a specific dollar amount to it. That would be speculation and with significant numbers, small miscalculations could be materially misleading. They have given us some details of what has transpired and the numbers associated with those transaction are impressive.

Thank you, Bob. Stock promotion is a professional job. Some goes to jail, but a fair analysis with both good and bad usually stand up pretty well. Powerscan sells Fuji, Fuji sells Powerscan; and now Bantec sells Powerscan plus powerscan for microfilm. Confusing? Of course. My experiences are that no one can sell everyone; you need as many people as possible to sell your products to their own captive markets. But the next few quarters will show the results.

Management of STRR is encouraged to do a thorough sale job on all installed base of Powerscan and Curran Data Technology. Consolidate the customer base; and market research what they want to buy. Then away we go. Software has to sell by the seats. Service has to sell by the yearly contracts. Then revenue stream is more predictable.

A new acquistion, internet related document management company, will really be a takeoff point, this year.
