Candle, I'll help out and add a couple more. BTW, regarding the probability of a secondary (Reason #8), it's much more than a rumor. The new bank term loan pretty much assures it as the terms provide great incentives to pay it off within six months.

9) Yesterday AMZN closed below the 50 day M/A for the first time since the 66 to 43 run in early Nov. Volume on this downturn has been better than in the recovery from that drop and it also broke yesterday throught the trendline for that recovery. Another run to the 42-43 area would provide a nice test of the 200 day M/A, bringing it also to the area of resistance prior to the September breakout. The Dec low around 50 may provide a little support, but I don't expect much. Of course, I'm not a "technician", so WDIK.

10) We are no longer in a bull market.
