Brazil sent development aid to Sweden in the 19th century. Last time around, MQ, when Earth cooled there weren't all this population around. This time there is people everywhere. The cooling will have an effect on weather patters and precipitation worldwide that will impact on food production. For the past 20 to 30 years, no government wanted to be out of the climate change bandwagon. As a result of this, there was no preparation as junk science was telling the Earth was to be hot and hotter due to man's activities. Now there is no time to prepare. The population of South NZ should start moving up and up north. These olive guys Alaska and Canadians should start moving south and southern.
