Obstruction of justice probably. Note that Watergate took a long time to unwind. I can think of four possible Deep Throats off the top of my head. Coming up. There will be other charges: Money laundering. Lying to the FBI. Perjury. Accessory before or after the fact (or both) to computer theft.

1) Comey had an ear-witness (Rybicki) in his office during one of the President's phone calls. That could be one Deep Throat.

2 & 3) Also we have two key members of the campaign who are cooperating with Mueller already. They could be called Deep Throats depending on what they witnessed. I expect the President's people will be falling all over themselves to be cooperating witnesses.
