I applaud all three of you for publicly answering those questions. They were good questions and I appreciate that they were answered by all involved, though nobody really was under any obligation to answer them.

Well, actually, there was that 4th set of questions, posed to the only entity I thought really was obligated to answer, but they chose not to.

Read it again and give it another try. You can type a simple yes or no can't you.

The question was:Did you play any part in the SEC halt of RMIL?<ie
complaints filed, emailed,
phoned, faxed> if so what were said complaints?
Read it again and answer it this time. Did you file complaints, email them,
phone them in or fax them.
Yes's or no's would be good.
His question asked you nothing about SEC or other req. agencies actions.
Answer it this time and don't dodge it!
