Yes, Del, how boring. By the way, we haven't seen the sun for 9 days. The temps have been just above freezing and wetter than all get out. Today, because I didn't start my car for four days over the New Year's holiday, my distributor cap got moisture under it and wouldn't start, so I took it off and used a hand-held blow dryer to dry it out. I was either walking or borrowing S.J.'s car to go to work for all of last week. After finally getting the dis. cap back on, I turned the key and the ol' junker turned right over. I've kept my mouth shut about your philosophical views for quite some time. I figure two or three people debating the issue is plenty. However, were I to join in the discussion, I would be asking questions like, "Why would an Atheist even care what kind of a marker was over his/her grave? If it was a cross, wouldn't the Atheist being essentially getting the last laugh?". So, as you can see, I would probably be attacking verses trying to make viable points in the doesn't He or does He exist question which is really how I see the whole debate despite how others may wish to characterize the issues themselves. I think HE does, but like you, it doesn't matter to me what someone else thinks about my own views on the question, so I see no need to put those views in front of others specifically. However, I will from time to time make mention of it. If you personally find it discomforting ignore it, because this is what I do with your views on Atheism. To the point, you are more than just an Atheist. I keep that specifically in mind when I read your posts and post to you periodically. I can't see how one believes on this specific issue as being the end all of whether the person is worth reading or talking to. Otherwise, I'd just sit in the background and only read. Hope most of this made sense. Gotta post a chess move. Talk at ya another time.
