Hi Harry,

Thank you for your post, very well written. I agree with you and I do use more than depending only on an outside reversal week. Just that they are so infrequent that it warranted a special comment. Your post was, indeed, informative in terms of the stats on reversals. So we may be in for about 6 weeks of selling and about a 13% move.

FWIW, John Murphy made a guest appearance on CNBC today. He mentioned the fact that everyone ignored gold's accurate deflation forecast, thinking the gold market was "different this time". He was quite bearish on stocks, noting that many have broken their 200 dma.
