To say he can't read is just about the stupidest thing you have posted.
But, but, Brumar isn't the one claiming that Trump can't read. Instead, it's people in the White House that are saying this.

I've seen him read off teleprompters in front of crowds too. But by reliable accounts, he can't sit still at a desk and read anything longer than a headline. The problem isn't illiteracy but attention deficit disorder, inability to focus without the stimulus of an adoring and cheering crowd.
