Yes, I am. We do not know what is correct/current therapeutic window, so 5 or 10 mg /day dose may not be sufficient. There is always possibility for additional long-term treatment liver toxicity, that can only be answered by trials. So, any progressive positive news will be more than welcome for current investors.

RE: VKTX Well, based on today new secondary (after one at 2.5) at 5.0....one can speculate two options: 1. Potential partner was very skittish in financial commitment for any program, or 2. There was no partner at all! So, they may need to do decent size P2b (with decent dosing duration), before they can convince anyone that candidates are for real. Buy this they may generate mach bigger deal, still there is option that there would be no deal. I took liberty, and reduced my holding by ~1/4 (capturing almost my full initial bet). Rest is in God hand.
