I do agree, about ~50% improvement in fibrosis score relative to 10-20% improvement for placebo(SIM) is what one should expect from successful P2 (or P3) trial. Other 50% should be without change, and preferential no deterioration in disease severity. Maybe for F4 population will be hard, but "hard" is what make payers pay the bill.
