Gerald,

Thanks for the article. Have been researching embedded
systems and y2k in general since last June. John Q can
see the out front y2k solution companies now. It may
take more time and awareness before John Q sees the TPRO
aspect.

A few days ago a plant blew up in northern California
which leveled 2 buildings killing two. No explanation.
Was felt for 20 miles and registered on Richter scales.
Sent de Jager an Email suggesting that it might be
y2k related. Happened a few days after the year change.
A lot of 2 year look ahead programs should be having
troubles now. IMHO, If this explosion could be tied to
y2k and made public, would shake up John Q.
