One I use a lot is the Finviz screener. It's not perfect but you can do industry sorts with all types of report formats and you can subsort by any column.

Naturally, you can see the rest of the 38 stocks on page 2. Note they have 5 semi categories. While not perfect, it's a quick and easy tool to use for looking at things like market cap and other sortable fields within an industry subset.

If you subscribe, you can download to excel and do many other advanced functions.
