90% of your answers are in the 10Ks, 10Qs and 8Ks which all have been filed. You will find in all cases that we have reported to the public as required and that is why the SEC released the Halt

What confuses me was the SEC explanation of a 10 day trading halt is just that, a ten day halt of the trading of RMIL securities, and after
it runs through that statutory period, it expires automatically.

The official response from RMIL is that SEC RELEASED the halt, as if they took an action. The company has been in direct contact with the SEC; we have gone through the requirements regarding initiation of trading which lies primarily in the hands of market makers and NASD, and yet the official response from the company is,

"You will find in all cases that we have reported to the public as required and that is why the SEC released the Halt"

Hopefully the SEC will be willing to confirm this definitive statement tomorrow and RMIL will provide the public current financial filings.

My question is, did the company report to the public as required and therefore that is why the SEC released the halt as the company has advised an owner, or was it simply a statutory expiration of a 10 day trading halt?
