RE-The Street Piece- I'm trying to be realistic in my Opinion of Vuzix. This while I'm still holding some common and calls. IMO a quick near term takeout would not yield a Billion dollar value Paul Travers envisions. The company just did a private offering before CES at prices way below current price. Oculus was a private company before the Facebook 2 billion takeout. Vuzix is a public company. While anything is possible. A billion dollar MC takeout bid near term is highly unlikely. My case being. A interested company could just buy shares in the open market. IMO what the Vuzix team just did was put the company on the map. IMO a partnership with a hypothetical Amazon or other big player would be the way to go to accomplish this one day possible Market cap.billion valuation. This by way of a deep pocketed partner hypothetically taking a stake like Intel did. This will take time if this scenario happens. A hypothetical partner who invests in Vuzix by way of equity. IMO a partnership could possible lead to faster development of the Blade due time. Plus a new partner would give a big sign of long confidence in the company. Plus if things progress with the Blade that big partner one day might buy out the rest? Don't forget about enterprise side of Vuzix either. That's where the revenue growth will come from this year. RE- Acquisition-Maybe someday Paul and his team will see his visions come to fruition without worrying about raising capital any more?

The Street snip>TheStreet: The Blade has generated a lot of excitement around Vuzix. Is M&A a possibility for you right now?

Travers: There's lots of ways for value growth for shareholders and our focus is on building that value of Vuzix. In our opinion, we're really undervalued. If you look at companies like Magic Leap, they're worth billions of dollars. We're talking about a market that Apple ( AAPL - Get Report) has said is worth billions of dollars. So we're focused on growing the value.

Who knows, though, if someone steps up to buy us for a billion. But we're not shopping and we're not looking to sell.
