It should be noted that pro-poker forces clearly organized an attempt to “stack the deck” in favor of their position. For example, the newspaper noticed that the handwriting on the envelopes of literally hundreds of surveys was identical.

This from a newspaper that doesn't understand the difference between news reporting and editorial opinion! I think they ought to look within before "casting stones".

TKA--Thanks for those links. I agree that having both Mims and the Harrisons on board during this period of debate,should be a real asset in lobbying their contacts. What I meant to convey was that when 60-70% of your business is coming under attack, it is no time to be complacent, but time to call out the Marines and be sure that all possible "legal" avenues are being used to counter this attack.
