Please! This thread's been pretty free of this kind of sign-waving. Most, if not all the folks here know there's palpable risk. Jack's the guy doing the hard work to make a silk purse out of the CVIA sow's ear, and all we can do is wait and watch, and be as supportive as we can (and have been). I don't particularly need to be reminded in the meantime of the risk. I've already reckoned the possible consequences, and I'm still definitely IN. It's an acceptable risk. Meanwhile, Jack's communicated regularly on the progress toward a merger. The story's plausible because he's build a modest basis of credibility through those communications. What might be the basis for your contrary prediction? JimA
