Last time I checked the mainstream media was owned by a very small group of people. For example, WaPo is owned by Bezos. You think there is free speech coming out of that rag? Not if that free speech contradicts what Bezos wants said or the CIA masters who have a big contract with Bezos. That's part of the reason why free speech in this country is diminishing. Concentrated ownership of mainstream media and billionaire ownership of all the main ways we get our news. Welcome to the modern world. It's happening on the left and the right. So we are all free to say what we want, but let's face it. A billion dollars buys you a megaphone that can drown out everyone else.
