I think it's interesting to see how the market seems to be substantially discounting the upside expectations due to the tax changes. The move in the major stock market indexes appears to be building in these changes, so it will be very interesting to note just how much companies increase their EPS forward guidance during this earnings season. Almost everywhere one looks we see very high forward PEs and soon we will see if these are getting out of line with individual company outlooks.

I could see where investors may be rotating out of semi stocks into sectors that clearly benefit more from the tax cuts until this settles out.
