Esteban, maybe I'm missing your point here, but: Isn't hindsight what research is, until you apply it to the present/future?
IMO, TSEMF did not signal SELL using the volume method, until 12/30, and then the SELL signal may have been considered weak enough to ignore: The volume HAD to be at least somewhat discounted, as it was the last two days of the tax-loss year, as far as most people understand the rule at least. This is truly not hindsight, because TSEMF might become a momentum play if it continues strong and long enough to be considered in an uptrend.

PS: One last time: SGI gapped 22%. For me, it ain't nothing but a QPGDCEB.
