Denis, Funds, never!

My concept of investment is as such. 60 % rental real estate, 40%
Equity.

The euquity is divided into 70% bonds and 30% stocks. The bonds are
in US Dollars, DM, and Lit.(I live in North of Italy but trade in Switzerland so I like Lit.

On US dollar bonds, I am divided between AAA's issued by Dutch, German, Italian, and various European countries and short Argntine,Chilean, and Mexican US dollar bonds picking-up betweem 9.79 o 12.5%. I don't trade bonds, it is surce of cash and income.

By the way, We don't pay any income tax. capital gain, or any
tax on div. by bonds and stocks we trade in Switzerland. you buy
and sell, and you pcoket the net!

How do yo invest?
